What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
All new watches include the full manufacturer's warranty. For pre-owned pieces, Chrono Hub provides a complimentary 12-month limited warranty covering the internal movement.
